Bryan K. Owens
CEO, The Owens Group International

Bryan is founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Owens Group International, which includes NetTracer’s software and service businesses. An experienced entrepreneur, Bryan’s expertise in baggage tracing began in 1989 when he developed BagNet®, which later sold to Southwest Airlines. Bryan founded Net Tracer, Inc. in 2004 and continues to provide strategic oversight to the development of the airline industry's best-of-class baggage tracing system. NetTracer is a member of The Owens Group International family of companies.

Originally from Alabama, Bryan graduated from Samford University. Bryan is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner-President Management Program. His business interests have been the subject of numerous media features including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Times of London, The BBC, Fox News, and Good Morning America.

Bryan is a strong advocate of faith, family and free enterprise. In addition to being on the board of The Center for A Just Society, he serves on the board of the Georgia Family Council. He has been married to his wife, Sharon, for 26 years, and is the father, coach and leadership developer of three sons. Bryan and his family live in the Atlanta, Georgia area.


Daris McCullough
President NetTracer, BagCentral, Lost & Found Central

Daris is the President of NetTracer, Lost and Found Central and BagCentral. He has 30+ years of demonstrated strategic leadership and collaborative customer partnerships. He brings a unique combination of strategic and operational excellence from Fortune 500 corporations and high growth technology companies to The Owens Group International team.

Daris is a native Kentuckian whose maternal grandparents immigrated to our country from Lebanon. He attended the University Kentucky and Northwestern University (Kellogg) which makes him a die-hard wildcat fan!

Daris, and his wife Noel enjoy traveling, serving, and being active in their church and community. They are blessed with two teenage boys, Luke and Josh.


Byron Smith
Vice President, Technology and Product Strategy

Byron joined NetTracer in 2007 and manages the daily operations of NetTracer as well as overseeing the technology strategy for The Owens Group International. Byron has more than twenty years of technology and software development experience in the education, non-profit, financial services, and travel and airline industries.

Byron has a passion for building and delivering products, services and strategies that create exceptional value for stakeholders.

Originally from Texas, Byron graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Byron and his wife Amy have been married for more than 15 years and have four children. In their spare time his family loves to RV, help out in their church and community, and seek out new adventures, especially if donuts are involved.


Caleb Manning
Vice President, The Owens Group International

Caleb has been with The Owens Group International since 2004 and has served as Vice President of Finance for the company since 2010. With over 17 years of experience in financial and operational leadership across multiple companies within The Owens Group International, Caleb manages the day to day and strategic functions in finance and accounting for NetTracer. Caleb has a passion for interpreting the financial results and offering key analysis and general management input to the CEO, Bryan Owens, and the executive management team. Caleb’s depth of experience in finance and operations and more specifically within the service recovery business makes him a seasoned leader and key asset to NetTracer and The Owens Group International.

Originally from the small town of Skyline, Alabama, Caleb attended Athens State College in Athens, AL on academic scholarship, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1999. Caleb continues to be a lifelong learner by seeking ongoing learning opportunities in the areas of leadership, finance, and general management.

Caleb and his wife, Katie, of 18 years have three daughters and live in Skyline, Alabama. They are both active in the community as Katie serves the local elementary as 2nd Grade teacher and is actively involved in leadership at their local church. Caleb coaches youth basketball, is actively involved in church leadership, and recently completed a 3-year term at the local Chamber of Commerce serving the last two years as the Treasurer.


Craig Martin
Director of Managed Services

Craig joined Lost & Found Central in January of 2012 as Operations Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2014. In 2020 his role expanded to include operations at Bag Central. With over 30 years in management and operations roles, Craig directs all aspects of the Managed Services arm of the Owens Group and serves as a Lost & Found and Baggage subject matter expert to our customers.

A native of Alabama, Craig attended the University of Alabama Huntsville and graduated from Troy University where he achieved both the Provost and Chancellor’s honor lists. Craig has a passion for leadership and continues to promote responsible leadership practices at work, home and in his church.

Craig and his wife of over 38 years, Janice, have three daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. He has served as Chairman of the Diaconate Board at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church since its founding in 2013.
